When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on our waiting list lose the chance to receive services.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
1)Short-Notice Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
2) “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price.
In the event of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a partial or full cancellation fee may be applied toward your next appointment.
This policy allows us to notify waiting clients of openings, maintain an efficient schedule, and ultimately provide the highest quality of service to both our current and future guests.
